MEET ERIN
Erin Bolger has over 25 years experience as a makeup artist. She graduated from the Fashion & Cosmetic Program at Humber College In Toronto. From there she worked at MAC Cosmetics in Toronto for 11 years all while freelancing for various Toronto TV stations including City TV & BNN.
At City TV there was one main makeup room that took care of MuchMusic, CP24, CityLine (Marilyn Denis), BT Toronto, Space, Star TV etc ... Erin was responsible for a number of shows. She especially loved working with the VJ's & working on special events like the MMVA's & the New Year's Eve Bash. She has done makeup for Coldplay, Foo Fighters, The Killers, Backstreet Boys, Nickelback, FeFe Dobson and many more musicians while at City TV.
Music Videos were up next in her career where she worked on videos for Sean Paul, Kardinal Offishall, Sevendust, Tweet, Fabolous to name a few.
She left MAC to pursue her love of working on set & was the assistant Makeup Artist on W Network's sitcom The Smart Woman Survival Guide. She continued to work at City TV on her time off from the sitcom.
The Smart Woman sitcom was the start of Erin's career in Sitcoms & Lifestyle TV. She was a make-up artist on shows for HGTV, YTV, Slice, W Network & other Lifestyle Channels. Shows including Inside The Box with Ty Pennington. YTV's The Next Star, So Chic, The List, Blank Canvas and alot more!
One of her most memorable experiences was working as Leah Miller's makeup artist while she hosted So You Think You Can Dance Canada.
Erin has now relocated to Southwestern Ontario to be closer to her family. She loves doing makeup for TV, Print & Special Occasions (including Weddings, Proms, etc...)
